In a bold and inspiring commitment to the progress of his hometown, Asiwaju Prince Dr. Olatunji Olusoji, Chairman of Ayere Day 2025 and CEO of Grosvenor Group, has vowed to revolutionize the educational and infrastructural landscape of Ayere community in Ijumu Local Government Area of Kogi State.
Speaking during the 2025 Ayere Day celebration, Prince Olusoji announced his intention to singlehandedly renovate all schools within the Ayere community and equip them with modern learning facilities.

According to him, education played a pivotal role in shaping his personal success story.
“Education has helped me to be where I am today, and I am passionate about the educational development of our people,” he stated.
The Ayere Day Chairman further pledged to provide new furniture for classrooms to ensure that students have a comfortable and conducive environment to learn and grow.
Beyond education, Prince Olusoji also declared plans to improve the community’s road network, promising that his administration would not rest until Ayere boasts of accessible and well-maintained roads linking the community to neighboring towns.
He called for unity and cooperation among Ayere citizens at home and abroad, emphasizing that collective effort is key to achieving sustainable growth and community transformation.
Prince Olusoji also expressed deep appreciation to His Royal Highness, Oba (Engr.) Julius Olu Olumodeji III, the Alayere of Ayere Kingdom, for his visionary leadership, as well as to the Royal Fathers led by HRM Oba Solomon Dele Owoniyi, the Obaro of Kabba, for their support and presence at the celebration.
The colorful event drew dignitaries, cultural troupes, and Ayere indigenes from across Nigeria, all gathered to celebrate the town’s rich heritage and collective aspirations.
As Ayere Day 2025 concluded with renewed energy and optimism, the community looks forward to a new era of transformation driven by the visionary leadership and philanthropic spirit of Asiwaju Prince Dr. Olatunji Olusoji.
