The Director-General of the Energy Commission of Nigeria (ECN), Dr. Mustapha Abdullahi, has congratulated Kogi State Governor, Ahmed Usman Ododo, on the occasion of his second anniversary in office, describing his administration as focused, people-oriented, and impactful.
In a congratulatory message released to mark the milestone, Dr. Abdullahi noted that Governor Ododo’s two years in office reflect purposeful leadership, clear policy direction, and a strong commitment to the unity, stability, and development of Kogi State.
According to him, the Ododo administration has recorded notable progress in key sectors such as security, infrastructure, social development, and inclusive governance, achievements which he said have strengthened public confidence and reinforced continuity in governance across the state.
Dr. Abdullahi further commended the Governor’s leadership style, describing it as calm, disciplined, and accessible, adding that it has contributed significantly to peace, cohesion, and renewed optimism among the people of Kogi State.
“Governor Ododo has demonstrated that leadership rooted in humility, vision, and decisive action can deliver meaningful results, even in challenging times,” he stated.
Speaking on behalf of his family and the Energy Commission of Nigeria, Dr. Abdullahi wished the Governor good health, renewed strength, and increased wisdom as he continues to steer the affairs of the state.
He expressed optimism that the coming years of the Ododo administration would record even greater achievements and further position Kogi State on the path of sustainable growth and collective prosperity.
